Tuli Tuipulotu Honored on Rivers Lake Yacht Club’s Even Earlier All-Rookie Team

INGLEWOOD -- Tuli Tuipulotu was named to Rivers Lake Yacht Club's "Even Earlier All-Rookie Team," beating out all other rookies to date.
